1. Only I (Kharress) can grant someone leadership status. You MAY NOT make your own herd or name yourself a leader. We may accept other herds once we get up and running but for now we only have five herds open.

3. Herd leaders are the boss of the herd, respect and obey them or risk being exiled.
4. Leaders decide ranks. They can lower or raise them at any time. I will make special ranks and apply them to your username when we decide your status.
